Services

LiteInk provides website design, development, and SEO growth services. We agree on scope, timeline, and pricing before starting any work. If something changes along the way, we talk about it like reasonable people.

Website builds

• Payment is due as agreed in your project proposal (typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery)
• Revisions are included as specified in your package
• Additional work beyond scope is billed at an agreed hourly rate
• Once delivered, the website code is yours. No lock-in.

SEO Growth subscription

The $79/month SEO Growth plan is a month-to-month subscription. Cancel anytime. We don't do contracts or termination fees.

Template licenses

When you purchase a template ($79), you get:

• Full source code to use, modify, and deploy
• Use on as many of your own projects as you want
• Free updates for one year

You may not resell, redistribute, or license the template to others as a standalone product.

Refunds

Website builds: if we haven't started work yet, full refund. If work has begun, we'll refund the unused portion.

Templates: due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If the template is broken or not as described, we'll fix it or refund you.

Liability

We're not liable for lost revenue, SEO ranking changes, or anything beyond the scope of work we agreed on. We build fast, well-structured websites — but we can't guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes.
